Ralph W. Bankert

Ralph W. Bankert, age 73, of York, passed away on April 28, 2024 at his home. He was the loving husband of the late Cynthia J. “Cindy” Bankert who passed away on September 8, 2019; together they shared 30 years of marriage.

Ralph was born in York, PA on March 4, 1951 and was the son of Anna Mae Bankert. He worked for Harley Davidson for 38 years prior to his retirement in 2009. Ralph enjoyed hunting, traveling with his wife, and time spent with his grandchildren. He was also a member of “HOG” the Harley Owners Group.

Ralph is survived by his children Michelle Bankert and husband Timothy and DeeAnne McDaniel and husband Brian; his grandchildren Kayla, Ryan, Connor, and Dalton; and his great-grandchildren Ben and Kylee.

The funeral services are being held privately under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., of East York.
