Police: East Manchester Twp. man distributed child porn
An East Manchester Township man is accused of sharing child porn with a group of "like-minded" individuals, including a man from the United Kingdom, according to police.
State police said Steven Ray Iseman admitted to producing the pictures and sharing them with a group of people using a second iPhone, one he uses to download and share child pornography.
Iseman, 46, of the 200 block of Torrey Pines Drive, is charged with multiple counts of disseminating photos of child sex acts, child pornography, and one count of criminal use of a communications facility, among other charges.
Investigation: According to charging documents, local authorities were contacted by South Wales Police in July.
That police department arrested a man named John Guess, who appeared to be "managing" a group of "like-minded individuals" who share child porn on Kik, a messenger app, officials said.

One of those individuals was later identified as Iseman, police said.
On Tuesday, Sept. 18, authorities obtained a search warrant and searched his home, documents state. Police spoke with Iseman, who told them he has a second iPhone he uses to download and share child pornography, according to court documents.
Iseman told police he has taken nude pictures of a girl, and he has shared them using the app, authorities said. He also said he has shared pictures of clothed minors on the app as well, charging documents state.
Police found nine pictures of the victim on his phone, according to officials.
Iseman was arraigned on the charges Tuesday morning. As of Tuesday, Sept. 25, he remained in York County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. He does not have an attorney listed.
A preliminary hearing for him is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 2, at District Judge Robert Eckenrode's office.
